I don't see the design I want? Can you make it?

 

I'm going to give that an astounding yes! While some may be a bit more difficult, the difficulty of the subject will be reflected in the price. I cannot offer 3D art just yet (designs with stands are available), other types of designs, I got you.

Do you take Commissions?

 

Yes! I can change the colors or edit a design if you wish or make something completely of your choosing. Please be a specific as possible when requesting a commission so I can give the best estimate of price and time. Please see 01 for more info.

Can I track my order?

 

Once your item(s) have shipped you should receive an email containing your tracking info. Check your Spam folders just to be sure, if you do not see it, please email me and I'll send it again.

Which methods of payments can I use?

 

If having the item personally delivered to you, payment in Cash is an option, otherwise, I get your payments securely through PayPal & Cash App (Preferred), the only thing I see is your name.

Part of my order is missing

 

That's no good! Please contact me immediately with your order number and exactly what is missing! I'll get to the bottom of that!

You sent me the wrong items!

 

Oh, wow, really? I'm so, so sorry! Please contact me as soon as possible with your order number and either a picture of what you received or a description of it. You will be refunded the shipping cost to send it back and your correct order will be shipped.

Is it safe to order online?

Yes. I do not give out your information to ANYONE. If you find you have been charged more than you were supposed to be, please contact me so we can sort it out.

Delivery - How much is it and how long does it take?

 

Delivery price and time will depend on the size of the item and distance, I use USPS for shipping. You can find rates on their site for more information, we ship from Latta, SC and Self-Deliver within 25 miles of Latta, SC.
